The Association “Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania” is a non-profit organization registered at “WorkLand” business centre, Gedimino ave. 20, Vilnius 01103, Lithuania; Association Code: 125711933.

In connection to the GDPR regulations, which became effective on 25th of May 2018, we would like to inform you how we process your personal data. We have updated our privacy policy in accordance to the current EU-GDPR regulation.

 

Registration to our events

By registering to the event, you (the delegate) agree that your personal data will be processed for registration and handling purposes, as well as for providing you with information in connection with the event. Any personal data will be solely used in accordance with current EU data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the attendee’s written consent.

SCCL will process the following personal data, submitted by you (hereinafter – Personal data) in connection to the conference registration:

Name, surname
E-mail
Telephone number
Employment title
Any food restrictions connected to the event
Company details provided in order to issue an invoice

By attending our events, you are giving consent and authorize the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania the right to film, photograph and/or make sound recordings of you, and to use this media in Chamber’s communication.

If the event registration is financially binding, any cancellation made after the registration deadline will be charged. Substitutions are accepted.
